501(c)3 in Progress

We as a team are starting the process to apply for 501(c)3 for tax exemption as well as electing the last member of the Board.

We will be assisting those with severe heart conditions, especially those involving heart surgery or heart replacement.  We realize that in these economically-strenous times, we can assist these patients through funding.  Additionally, we will donate monies for medical advancements in heart research such as building new hearts from 3-D machines, replacement via animals and other future advancements.  Lastly, for those in dire need, we will assist in expediting in finding a donor or donors.
